We welcome your original material and encourage you to send us your articles, photographs, or other works for inclusion in The Fabulous Woman. Should you send Material to us, you are held to these terms:
1. You warrant that you are the sole and exclusive creator, author and owner of your Material, and no one else has any right to your Material. You must ensure that nothing in your Material infringes any trademark or copyright or otherwise violates anyone's right of privacy or publicity, or contains anything that is defamatory or offensive.
2. You agree to indemnify and hold Silver Dove Media, LLC and TheFabulousWoman.com harmless from any claims, suits, losses (whether foreseeable or not), damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from any breach of these Submission Conditions regarding your Material.
3. You understand and agree that no compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission. In addition, Silver Dove Media and TheFabulousWoman.com are under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may at any time delete any submission at its own discretion.
4. You further agree to the Terms of Service found on this website. Your submission shows your agreement and understanding of those terms.
